Real time or not? Watch the game clock: if it ticks one second per second of video, it’s real time. Replays are often slowed.

Only enter an official tracking number you can source. It replaces the timing estimate for top speed.

Starts from a standstill

3Measure the body

Pick a frame, then measure. In wide shots, box the athlete first.

Pose model

Each Roboflow read sends one cropped still frame. On-device pose never leaves this device.

How was this clip filmed?

Side-on runs the posture and joint checks in “What to work on”. Front-on or from behind runs the knee checks.

Track pose while playing

Runs pose on every frame from the first mark to the last, on this device, so the skeleton and angles ride along with the play in your video. Box the athlete or measure a frame first so it follows the right player.

Show the tracked skeleton during the play

Skeleton look

Angles are 2D, measured in the image plane, so they depend on the camera angle. A camera behind the athlete hides forward lean.

4Breakdowns

Capture the frames that tell the story. Each becomes a card with the panel, the markups and your coaching note.

5What to work on

Flags come from fixed rules on the frames you captured and the timing you marked. A coach’s eye beats any rule: book Coach Schuman for a full review.

Voiceover

Voice

One voiceover is included with each clip; making it again uses 1 clip credit. The video follows the voice: each breakdown holds until its line is done.
