Clips you analyze
Elytics opens your video inside your browser. The physics, on-device pose tracking and the video and image exports all run on your device, and the clip itself is never uploaded.
When you measure a frame with a Roboflow pose read, that one still frame, cropped around the athlete, is sent to Roboflow to find the joint positions. We keep a count of reads for your account, not the image.
When you make a voiceover, the script text (written from your numbers, or the text you typed for a stock voice) is sent to ElevenLabs to turn it into speech. The audio comes back to your browser and goes into your video. We keep a record that a voiceover was made for the clip (which voice and how many characters), not the audio or the script.
To save you re-doing work, your browser remembers the marks and athlete details you entered for a clip. That stays in this browser only; clearing your site data removes it.
Athlete profiles
If you save an analysis to an athlete profile, we store what you entered for that athlete (name, jersey number, sport, position or event, grad year, team, height, weight, notes and goals) and, for each saved clip, the date, the movement, the numbers, the 2D joint angles, the flags, your note and the clip’s file name. We never store the video or any image from it.
Only your account can see your athletes. Only add athletes you coach or parent, and for athletes under 18 make sure a parent or guardian is fine with it.
You can delete a saved session or a whole athlete profile yourself on the Athletes page at any time, and export everything as a spreadsheet or JSON first. That keeps working after a membership ends.
Your account and payments
To use Elytics you sign in with your email. We store your email, your membership status, your credit balance, and the date and file name of each clip you open. Stripe handles payments; we never see or store card numbers.
Requests you send
When you submit the booking form we store what you entered (your name, email, phone if given, the athlete’s name, sport, position, grad year, the clip link, your message, and your Elytics results if you attached them) so Coach Schuman’s team can reply. We don’t sell it or share it with other companies, and we don’t add you to a mailing list unless you ask.
If the athlete is under 13, a parent or guardian must send the request.
Deleting your information
Delete athlete profiles yourself on the Athletes page. For anything else, including your account or a booking request, email dave@thespeeddoctor.app and we’ll delete it.
Hosting
The site is hosted on Vercel. Like any web host it keeps short-lived server logs (such as IP addresses) to run and protect the service.
